Yes and no!

Yes, you can bring your current Ritualist across to Elona from Cantha and play through the campaign!

No, you can't create a new Elonian 'born' Ritualist, as you can only create a new Ritualist in Factions.

You can get it via the ingame store, but you won't get the box! Also, depending on where you are, Play.com still have it in stock!
